My journey into counseling began in high school, driven by a deep-seated calling to support individuals through life's challenging moments. I've always possessed a strong sense of empathy, feeling a genuine connection to others' experiences. This innate desire to help, combined with a commitment to understanding, forms the foundation of my counseling practice. I am most passionate about being there for people when they need it most, offering a steady presence and a listening ear.

Beyond the couch: Coaching, sports, and case management
My experiences outside of formal counseling training significantly enrich my practice. Having played sports for 10 years and coached club volleyball for 6 years, I bring elements of teamwork, strategy, goal-setting, and resilience into my sessions. As a case manager, I've gained valuable insight into community resources and additional support systems, allowing me to provide a more holistic perspective. These roles have honed my ability to motivate, guide, and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, making me a well-rounded and special counselor.
